<p>छत्तीसगढ़ के बुर्कापल में एक हमले में सीआरपीएफ के 25 जवान मारे गए थे. इस मामले में पुलिस ने माओवादियों की मदद करने के संदेह में 121 आदिवासियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था. अब इसी मामले में राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी की कोर्ट ने पांच साल बाद अपना फैसला सुनाया है. दंतेवाड़ा की कोर्ट ने सभी को निर्दोष मानते हुए बरी कर दिया है.</p>

<p>पांच साल की सजा किस बात के लिए? उस गुनाह की... जो उन्होंने किया ही नहीं. इन्हीं निर्दोषों में से एक, लक्ष्मण अपनी बात कहते हुए भावुक हो जाते हैं. वे कहते हैं, पुलिस ने मुझसे गलत स्टेटमेंट पर जबरदस्ती दस्तखत कराए. हम बेकसूर थे, फिर भी हमें जेल हुई. वो वक्त याद करके हम आज भी कांप उठते हैं.</p>
