<font >&ldquo;You are in so much hurry (to complete the projects) but workers&rsquo; right should not be affected and it has to be taken care of,&rdquo; said a Bench headed by Chief Justice A. P. Shah while hearing a public interest legislation alleging that labour laws are being flouted by the private contractor involved in the project.</font>

<font >The Court said it was not possible for it to monitor the rights of the workers and constituted a committee comprising Delhi&rsquo;s Labour Commissioner, Labour Secretary, former UN Ambassador Arundhati Ghose and L. D. Mishra, a person associated with the NHRC, to look into the allegations. The Court asked the committee to convene a meeting on Monday to look into the allegations and file its report by March 17.<br />
