तार के सहारे उफनती दरिया पार कर स्कूल जा रहे विद्यार्थी

गगन कोहली, राजौरी। यह कोई सर्कस का सीन नहीं है और न ही कोई स्पाइडर मैन करतब दिखा रहा है। हकीकत जानकर आपके पैरों तले जमीन खिसक जाएगी। भविष्य संवारने के लिए ये बच्चे तमाम आफत झेलकर एक लोहे के तार के सहारे उफनती दरिया पार कर स्कूल और कॉलेज जाते हैं। ऐसा नहीं है कि प्रशासन को इसकी जानकारी नहीं है पर वह शायद किसी बड़ी अनहोनी का इंतजार कर रहा है। जम्मू-कश्मीर में कल्लर से अंदरोला को जोड़ने वाला सौ मीटर लंबा पुल सितंबर माह के पहले सप्ताह में नदी में आई भीषण बाढ़ में बह गया था। पुल क्षतिग्रस्त होने से कई गांवों का संपर्क जिला मुख्यालय से कट गया है। यह पुल पोठा, अंदरोला, चकली, करदीनू, गुन्नी गांवों के पांच हजार की आबादी को जम्मू-पुंछ हाईवे से जोड़ता था। एक माह बाद भी इसका निर्माण संभव नहीं हो पाया है। ऐसे में विद्यार्थी कब तक पढ़ाई-लिखाई छोड़कर पुल बनने का इंतजार करते। आखिर उन्होंने जान हथेली पर रखकर स्कूल-कॉलेज जाने की ठान ली है। विद्यार्थियों का कहना है कि हमें तो किसी भी तरह से अपनी पढ़ाई को जारी रखनी है। हम लोग अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर हर रोज लोहे के तार के सहारे स्कूल-कॉलेज आ-जा रहे हैं।
