Sikri and Ashok Bhushan assured him that the court was still alive to its past orders that Aadhaar should be &ldquo;purely voluntary&rdquo; and not forced on citizens.<br /><br />&ldquo;In our Constitution, we have given ourselves the right to govern through our elected representatives.
