She stated that her husband was earning about Rs 25,000 per month which was enhanced after the 6th pay commission was implemented in Goa. She also said he was running businesses in other person&#039;s names.&lt;br /&gt;

The court wanted the exact amount of her husband&#039;s salary to decide the quantum of maintenance and directed her to place on record a copy of her husband&#039;s revised salary certificate. The government employee has filed a matrimonial suit against his wife seeking dissolution of his marriage by a decree of divorce. The wife is contesting the divorce and has filed an application for interim maintenance saying that she is unemployed and hence dependant on her sister.&lt;br /&gt;

She stated that her husband was earning about Rs 25,000 per month which was enhanced after the 6th pay commission was implemented in Goa. She also said he was running businesses in other person&#039;s names.&lt;br /&gt;

The court wanted the exact amount of her husband&#039;s salary to decide the quantum of maintenance and directed her to place on record a copy of her husband&#039;s revised salary certificate.
