Accepting the problems pointed out by TOI&mdash;including delayed subsidy reimbursements and a devastating crash in kerosene sales&mdash; Ramesh said that the Kotkasim pilot had not used the Aadhaar platform, and many of the problems it was facing could be fixed by using the Aadhaar-linked Direct Cash Transfer scheme that the government is now proposing.
