Moily said the Union government has been giving a subsidy of Rs 800 per cylinder but due to the problem of middlemen it has become a problem to ensure that it reaches the customer. &quot;While there are 15 crore gas connections in the country, around 5 crore are fake. The government is incurring a loss of Rs 12 crore to Rs 15 crore due to loopholes. Aadhaar-based DBTL will help us address the problem,&quot; he added.
