Article 21 of the Constitution obliges the government to protect the right to life of all citizens and it is the Supreme Court's duty to ensure that the government is performing its constitutional duty. No policy can undermine the fundamental rights of the people or the Constitution.&rdquo;</font></p><p align="justify"><font >She said it would come as no surprise if the government was using the crisis of rotting grain to hand over storage to giant corporations like Cargill. No policy can undermine the fundamental rights of the people or the Constitution.&rdquo;</font></p><p align="justify"><font >She said it would come as no surprise if the government was using the crisis of rotting grain to hand over storage to giant corporations like Cargill.
