In the last few months under Covid-19 pandemic, India witnessed an alarming increase in the cases of atrocities against Dalit and Adivasis. Covid-19 was used by various authorities and officers to ignore the cases of atrocities against the Dalits and Adivasis. Instead, in many cases, Dalits and Adivasis became the victim of the gruesome police brutality for not abiding Covid-19 rules.</p><p style="text-align:justify">The saga of trial and tribulation of Dalits is not that came out outrageously in this pandemic, caste-based discrimination and caste-based human rights violations, denial of access to the legal system, and stigmatisation prevailed for centuries in India. In the last few months under Covid-19 pandemic, India witnessed an alarming increase in the cases of atrocities against Dalit and Adivasis. Covid-19 was used by various authorities and officers to ignore the cases of atrocities against the Dalits and Adivasis. Instead, in many cases, Dalits and Adivasis became the victim of the gruesome police brutality for not abiding Covid-19 rules.</p><p style="text-align:justify">The saga of trial and tribulation of Dalits is not that came out outrageously in this pandemic, caste-based discrimination and caste-based human rights violations, denial of access to the legal system, and stigmatisation prevailed for centuries in India. In the last few months under Covid-19 pandemic, India witnessed an alarming increase in the cases of atrocities against Dalit and Adivasis. Covid-19 was used by various authorities and officers to ignore the cases of atrocities against the Dalits and Adivasis. Instead, in many cases, Dalits and Adivasis became the victim of the gruesome police brutality for not abiding Covid-19 rules.</p><p style="text-align:justify">The saga of trial and tribulation of Dalits is not that came out outrageously in this pandemic, caste-based discrimination and caste-based human rights violations, denial of access to the legal system, and stigmatisation prevailed for centuries in India.
