Karwasra had been booked under IPC sections 419, 420 and 120-B on the complaint of BS Rana, president, St Sophia School Education Society. Karwasra allegedly misused BPL card of Jeet Ram to seek information under the RTI Act, as BPL card-holders can seek information free of cost.</div><div style="text-align: justify">Police had brought Ram here on production warrant, who confirmed that Karwasra used his BPL card.</div><div style="text-align: justify">Karwasra had joined as a physical education teacher on contract basis at St Sophia School, Hisar, in 2003 and his services were terminated in 2005, for he didn't make available his academic certificates. The school management charged him with willful absence and intolerant behaviour with the colleagues.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">Karwasra challenged his termination in the court, which upheld it in 2010. After this, he started seeking information from the school under the RTI and succeeded in getting orders of resumption of site of the school issued by the Huda. Karwasra's counsel pleaded that police in connivance with the school management, had fabricated case against him because he was a whistle-blower.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">The court held that complicity between Ram and Karwasra had been proved, therefore the benefit of anticipatory bail could not be extended to him.</div>               </font>

The school management charged him with willful absence and intolerant behaviour with the colleagues.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">Karwasra challenged his termination in the court, which upheld it in 2010. After this, he started seeking information from the school under the RTI and succeeded in getting orders of resumption of site of the school issued by the Huda.
