The CAG office has writen a letter to UP chief secretary and the principal secretary, health and family welfare, expressing concern over the security of its probe team, comprising 50 auditors in addition to deputy auditors general and senior deputy auditors general. <br /><br />&quot;Stakes in NRHM are extremely high and this could be impeding CAG's work. Some of our officials fear that the factor could translate into threats and risk to life. So, the safety of the personnel is the first thing CAG would look forward to,&quot; said senior auditor with office of CAG. Incidentally, the fear is not of stray threats.
