&lt;br /&gt;
The Manch has been urging the government that before the start of the Republic Day parade the President garland Dr. Ambedkar&#039;s statue in the Parliament House, but its suggestion was turned down by the Defence Ministry.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;Act of kindness&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Mr. Kain said &amp;ldquo;this act of kindness will infuse a new lease of life to the flagship programme to bring unity in diversity. The SC/ST and Buddhists will forever be grateful for initiating this august practice from this Republic Day, which will be a bench mark for the present government, leaving aside all imaginary hurdles and burying all kinds of caste prejudices shown to him till date by the rulers.&amp;rdquo;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mr. Kain expressed the hope that the wishes of the Constituent Assembly would be fulfilled at least this year. The Manch made a similar appeal to Ms. Patil.

In a letter to the Prime Minister, general secretary of the Manch R.L. Kain pointed out that the organisation was representing the feelings of millions of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Buddhists that Dr. Ambedkar should be honoured for his significant contribution in drafting the Indian Constitution, which came into force on January 26, 1950.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Manch has been urging the government that before the start of the Republic Day parade the President garland Dr. Ambedkar&#039;s statue in the Parliament House, but its suggestion was turned down by the Defence Ministry.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;Act of kindness&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Mr. Kain said &amp;ldquo;this act of kindness will infuse a new lease of life to the flagship programme to bring unity in diversity. The SC/ST and Buddhists will forever be grateful for initiating this august practice from this Republic Day, which will be a bench mark for the present government, leaving aside all imaginary hurdles and burying all kinds of caste prejudices shown to him till date by the rulers.&amp;rdquo;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mr. Kain expressed the hope that the wishes of the Constituent Assembly would be fulfilled at least this year. The Manch made a similar appeal to Ms. Patil.

Kain pointed out that the organisation was representing the feelings of millions of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Buddhists that Dr. Ambedkar should be honoured for his significant contribution in drafting the Indian Constitution, which came into force on January 26, 1950.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Manch has been urging the government that before the start of the Republic Day parade the President garland Dr. Ambedkar&#039;s statue in the Parliament House, but its suggestion was turned down by the Defence Ministry.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;Act of kindness&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Mr. Kain said &amp;ldquo;this act of kindness will infuse a new lease of life to the flagship programme to bring unity in diversity. The SC/ST and Buddhists will forever be grateful for initiating this august practice from this Republic Day, which will be a bench mark for the present government, leaving aside all imaginary hurdles and burying all kinds of caste prejudices shown to him till date by the rulers.&amp;rdquo;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mr. Kain expressed the hope that the wishes of the Constituent Assembly would be fulfilled at least this year. The Manch made a similar appeal to Ms. Patil.

<br />
The Manch has been urging the government that before the start of the Republic Day parade the President garland Dr. Ambedkar's statue in the Parliament House, but its suggestion was turned down by the Defence Ministry.<br />
<br />
<em>Act of kindness<br />
</em><br />
Mr. Kain said &ldquo;this act of kindness will infuse a new lease of life to the flagship programme to bring unity in diversity. The SC/ST and Buddhists will forever be grateful for initiating this august practice from this Republic Day, which will be a bench mark for the present government, leaving aside all imaginary hurdles and burying all kinds of caste prejudices shown to him till date by the rulers.&rdquo;<br />
<br />
Mr. Kain expressed the hope that the wishes of the Constituent Assembly would be fulfilled at least this year. The Manch made a similar appeal to Ms. Patil.
