The Commission imposed severe disciplinary action against 132 officers, including a highest of 29 from Railway Ministry, followed by 26 from Municipal Corporation of Delhi and 12 from Central Board of Excise and Customs.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >It recommended major penalty against seven officers from UCO Bank, six each from Canara Bank and Ministry of Defence, five each in Indian Bank, State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur and four from Department of Telecommunications.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >The CVC has also effected recoveries of over Rs five crore after conducting technical examination of different procurement and work being done by various organisation, the report said.
