If no objection is filed within 15 days, the land use will be changed and it will be allotted to farmers,&amp;quot; Kumar said. The Authority needs 700 acres of land to settle the dispute, of which it has 300 acres in its possession. In addition, it has a huge patch of land near the Sports City totalling around 300 acres. &amp;quot;We can also buy land from Greater Noida Authority in case we fall short,&amp;quot; Kumar said.&lt;br /&gt;

If no objection is filed within 15 days, the land use will be changed and it will be allotted to farmers,&quot; Kumar said. The Authority needs 700 acres of land to settle the dispute, of which it has 300 acres in its possession. In addition, it has a huge patch of land near the Sports City totalling around 300 acres. &quot;We can also buy land from Greater Noida Authority in case we fall short,&quot; Kumar said.<br /><br />There are 54 villages in Noida and land from around 16 villages was acquired between 1976 to 1997. The farmers whose land was acquired between 1976 to 1997 have been kept out of the 5 per cent developed land scheme.<br /><br />&quot;After scanning the land acquisition files of nearly 54 villages, we have found out that around 4,000 farmers have not received the five per cent developed land,&quot; Kumar said.<br /><br />The Authority is currently looking into how many famers have already received the developed land. &quot;The Authority has details of farmers in Sorkha , Parthala Khanjarpur, Shahdara, Sadarpur, Sarfabad, Badauli Bangar and Sorkha Jahidabad,&quot; Kumar said.<br /><br />Authority officials say the 5 per cent developed plots will be issued to villages like Sorkha, Parthala Khanjarpur, Shahdara, Sadarpur, Sarfabad, Badauli Bangar and Sorkha Jahidabad in the first phase.<br /><br />&quot;Sorkha is the biggest village in Noida and major residential projects are underway in Sorkha only. We have already decided to issue 5% developed land in Sector 116 and 115 to Sorkha village farmers,&quot; Kumar further said. <br /></div>'
