He was responding to Mr. Sibal's direction to social networking websites to remove &lsquo;disparaging and defamatory' content, particularly those relating to Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh or face action.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">Mr. Sibal, at a meeting with senior functionaries of the websites recently asked them to evolve a mechanism to filter such &lsquo;inflammatory' content that could create social tension.
