It may be tabled in the ongoing session,&quot; a senior CVC official said requesting anonymity.<br /><br />&quot;The report includes major portion of investigation carried out by the Chief Technical Examination's wing of the Commission in CWG corruption. Four works costing Rs 364.11 crore were executed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). <br /><br />Besides, the report lists three works valuing Rs 221.22 crore done by New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) and two each worth Rs 379.93 crore and Rs 105.80 crore respectively by Central Public Works Department (CPWD) and Indian Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), among others.<br /><br />The CVC has also found serious irregularities in two projects worth Rs 193.16 crore implemented by the DDA and one valuing Rs 18.37 crore by RITES, a Government of India enterprise.</div>               </font>

Four works costing Rs 364.11 crore were executed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besides, the report lists three works valuing Rs 221.22 crore done by New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) and two each worth Rs 379.93 crore and Rs 105.80 crore respectively by Central Public Works Department (CPWD) and Indian Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), among others.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The CVC has also found serious irregularities in two projects worth Rs 193.16 crore implemented by the DDA and one valuing Rs 18.37 crore by RITES, a Government of India enterprise.&lt;/div&gt;&#039;

-The Indian Express   The annual report of the Central Vigilance Commission carrying details of investigation in the multi-crore Commonwealth Games scam is likely to be tabled in the ongoing session of Parliament. Sources said the report, which will have minute details of all probes undertaken by the anti-corruption watchdog between January and December 2010, has been submitted to President Pratibha Patil on June 30. "The report has been given to the President as per procedures mentioned in the CVC Act. It may be tabled in the ongoing session," a senior CVC official said requesting anonymity. "The report includes major portion of investigation carried out by the Chief Technical Examination's wing of the Commission in CWG corruption. It will discuss in details cases," the official said. The official refused to divulge further details of the report, saying it will be a "breach of Parliament". The probity watchdog has been investigating cases of corruption in the conduct of the mega sporting event held here between October 3-14 last year. It has referred a number of cases to CBI against Central officials and those from Delhi Government-run civic and construction agencies. The anti-corruption watchdog has found deficiencies like higher rates, poor quality control and substandard material, among others in 26 works worth Rs 3,316.58 crore carried out by Central and Delhi governments' civic and construction agencies. Out of the total works being reviewed by the CVC, six projects were executed by Public Works Department (PWD) under the Delhi Government and were worth Rs 1,315.66 crore. Four works costing Rs 364.11 crore were executed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). Besides, the report lists three works valuing Rs 221.22 crore done by New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) and two each worth Rs 379.93 crore and Rs 105.80 crore respectively by Central Public Works Department (CPWD) and Indian Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), among others. The CVC has also found serious irregularities in two projects worth Rs 193.16 crore implemented by the DDA and one valuing Rs 18.37 crore by RITES, a Government of India enterprise.
