Villagers have complained that though a few landowners have benefitted from the truce as huge tracts of their land has been left out from the acquisition process, most others have been left in the lurch. "Around 32 bighas of land belonging to my uncle, Reshpal Yadav, has been left out of acquisition by Greater Noida Authority," said Dhani Singh Yadav, whose family owns 85 bighas of ancestral farmland in Patwari. "Our farmlands are adjacent to those 32 bighas of land. This is selective treatment by the Authority and we want our land back," added Yadav, who has also filed a petition in the HC.
