                <p align="justify"><font >All the judges of the Delhi High Court led by Chief Justice A. P. Shah on Friday made their assets and investments public by uploading the details on the Court&rsquo;s website. </font></p><p align="justify"><font >Before these details were uploaded, each judge submitted the details of his or her assets to the Chief Justice.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >The asset details include properties in the judge&rsquo;s name or in the name of his/her spouse or his/her dependant family members.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >A note to the declaration of assets by the judges says these have been made public in accordance with the Full Court resolution of the Supreme Court adopted on May 7, 1997, and thereafter its adoption by the Full Court of the Delhi High Court on July 26, 1997, and reiterated in July 2008.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >The Chief Justice in his declaration said he owns a flat and an office premises in Mumbai. He had purchased the flat measuring 1,000 square feet in 2008 for Rs.2.52 crore. The office premises located in the posh Nariman Point area is at present on lease.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >He has invested Rs.5 lakh in the UTI Mutual Fund. He, his wife and son have a total of Rs.4,54,969 in their savings accounts.His spouse has investments in shares. She has shares of seven companies whose market value is at present claimed to be Rs.1,75,572. She has also invested Rs.5 lakh in a fixed deposit scheme.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >Justice S. K. Kaul declared he has two three-bedroom flats in the Commonwealth Games Village; owns shares of 10 companies and has invested in 35 investment plans of different mutual funds. He also has insurance policies for Rs.34,84,000. Besides, he has share in several ancestral properties in Kashmir.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >His wife has also made investments in 32 plans of various mutual funds.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >Justice S. Muralidhar has a three-bedroom flat of around 1,300 square feet at Mayur Vihar Phase-III in East Delhi which he had purchased in 2003 after selling a flat in Gurgaon. Besides, he has also made some investments in shares and mutual funds.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >Justice Madan B. All the judges of the Delhi High Court led by Chief Justice A. P. Shah on Friday made their assets and investments public by uploading the details on the Court’s website.
