In order to arrest such graft, the NREGS implementing agency, the district water management agency, is creating a database of all job card holders and also purchasing high end mobile phones having GPS facility.</font><br /><br /><font >Both field assistants and technical assistants supervising the implementation of the scheme at the field level will be given these phones.
