Khan, the jury of short films led by filmmaker Goutam Ghose and environmental short film jury led by Naresh Bedi were present.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font &gt;&amp;ldquo;The Silver Lamp Tree Award&amp;rdquo; with prize money of Rs. 1 lakh went to &amp;ldquo;Kusum,&amp;rdquo; a film directed by Shumona Banerjee. &amp;ldquo;Special Jury Mention Award&amp;rdquo; with a cash prize of Rs. 2 lakh was awarded to &amp;ldquo;Charulata&amp;hellip;A Sequel of the Life Untold,&amp;rdquo; directed by Sangeeta Padmanabhan and &amp;ldquo;Certificate of Appreciation from the Jury&amp;rdquo; went to &amp;ldquo;Incurable India&amp;rdquo; directed by Umesh Aggarwal.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font &gt;&amp;ldquo;I personally believe that short films play an important role in the development of a nation, dissemination of information and most importantly bringing to light voices of underprivileged communities,&amp;rdquo; said Mr. Mallya, while supporting the initiative of the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), State-owned entertainment body which co-hosts IFFI with DFF.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font &gt;Mr. Mallya&#039;s group is one of the major sponsors of the 41st IFFI Goa, 2010. Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat, State Chief Secretary Sanjay Srivastava, Director-General of Directorate of Film Festivals (DFF) S.M. Khan, the jury of short films led by filmmaker Goutam Ghose and environmental short film jury led by Naresh Bedi were present.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font &gt;&amp;ldquo;The Silver Lamp Tree Award&amp;rdquo; with prize money of Rs. 1 lakh went to &amp;ldquo;Kusum,&amp;rdquo; a film directed by Shumona Banerjee. &amp;ldquo;Special Jury Mention Award&amp;rdquo; with a cash prize of Rs. 2 lakh was awarded to &amp;ldquo;Charulata&amp;hellip;A Sequel of the Life Untold,&amp;rdquo; directed by Sangeeta Padmanabhan and &amp;ldquo;Certificate of Appreciation from the Jury&amp;rdquo; went to &amp;ldquo;Incurable India&amp;rdquo; directed by Umesh Aggarwal.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font &gt;&amp;ldquo;I personally believe that short films play an important role in the development of a nation, dissemination of information and most importantly bringing to light voices of underprivileged communities,&amp;rdquo; said Mr. Mallya, while supporting the initiative of the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), State-owned entertainment body which co-hosts IFFI with DFF.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font &gt;Mr. Mallya&#039;s group is one of the major sponsors of the 41st IFFI Goa, 2010. Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat, State Chief Secretary Sanjay Srivastava, Director-General of Directorate of Film Festivals (DFF) S.M. Khan, the jury of short films led by filmmaker Goutam Ghose and environmental short film jury led by Naresh Bedi were present.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font &gt;&amp;ldquo;The Silver Lamp Tree Award&amp;rdquo; with prize money of Rs. 1 lakh went to &amp;ldquo;Kusum,&amp;rdquo; a film directed by Shumona Banerjee. &amp;ldquo;Special Jury Mention Award&amp;rdquo; with a cash prize of Rs. 2 lakh was awarded to &amp;ldquo;Charulata&amp;hellip;A Sequel of the Life Untold,&amp;rdquo; directed by Sangeeta Padmanabhan and &amp;ldquo;Certificate of Appreciation from the Jury&amp;rdquo; went to &amp;ldquo;Incurable India&amp;rdquo; directed by Umesh Aggarwal.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font &gt;&amp;ldquo;I personally believe that short films play an important role in the development of a nation, dissemination of information and most importantly bringing to light voices of underprivileged communities,&amp;rdquo; said Mr. Mallya, while supporting the initiative of the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), State-owned entertainment body which co-hosts IFFI with DFF.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font &gt;Mr. Mallya&#039;s group is one of the major sponsors of the 41st IFFI Goa, 2010. Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat, State Chief Secretary Sanjay Srivastava, Director-General of Directorate of Film Festivals (DFF) S.M. Khan, the jury of short films led by filmmaker Goutam Ghose and environmental short film jury led by Naresh Bedi were present.</font><br />

<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3">&ldquo;The Silver Lamp Tree Award&rdquo; with prize money of Rs. 1 lakh went to &ldquo;Kusum,&rdquo; a film directed by Shumona Banerjee. &ldquo;Special Jury Mention Award&rdquo; with a cash prize of Rs. 2 lakh was awarded to &ldquo;Charulata&hellip;A Sequel of the Life Untold,&rdquo; directed by Sangeeta Padmanabhan and &ldquo;Certificate of Appreciation from the Jury&rdquo; went to &ldquo;Incurable India&rdquo; directed by Umesh Aggarwal.</font><br />
