He said India had several laws to fight corruption but &amp;ldquo;there is a feeling that the institutional arrangements in place are not strong enough to ensure that the guilty, especially those occupying high positions, are brought to book swiftly and given deterrent punishment&amp;rdquo;.&lt;br /&gt;
