The government has also lined up The Rajiv Gandhi National Institute for Youth Development for introduction on Tuesday. However, another high-profile measure, The Food Security Bill, is unlikely to come up before the Lok Sabha tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;

Since the Lokpal Bill will take a day or two more to get to the stage of a re-introduction, the government is considering the options of either extending the session by a day, till December 23, or going in for a four-day break for Christmas. In that case, the session will be resumed from December 27 and conclude on December 29. The government has already sounded the business advisory committees of the two Houses about the first option.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Keeping in view the pressing business ahead, the Congress and BJP have issued a whip to their members to remain present till December 22, the scheduled date for concluding the session.&lt;br /&gt;

When asked about the proposed re-introduction of the Lokpal Bill, Bansal said this was designed to ensure the enactment of a &amp;ldquo;cleaner Bill&amp;rdquo;. He said that keeping in view the over 60 amendments which had become necessary, the process of amending the Bill would make the whole document messy. The exercise of withdrawal of the existing Bill and its replacement by a new one will take place one after another. This will be followed by a discussion and passage, all in one go.&lt;br /&gt;

The provision for reservations &amp;mdash; at least 50 per cent for women, SCs, STs and minorities &amp;mdash; which is expected to be a key feature of the modified Lokpal Bill, is likely to trigger a demand for a similar change in the composition of other bodies too.&lt;br /&gt;

                <strong>Govt to introduce Citizens’ Charter Bill in House today</strong></h1>

                <br /><div align="justify">-Express News Service<br /><br />The government will introduce the Citizens&rsquo; Charter Bill in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal said on Monday.<br /><br />Once introduced, the legislation, called The Right of Citizens for Time-Bound Delivery of Goods and Services and Their Redressal, will be referred to the Parliamentary Standing Committee.<br /><br />The move for a separate Bill dealing with the issues covered under the Citizens&rsquo; Charter of Team Anna had been opposed by Anna Hazare last week. He wanted it to be a part of the Lokpal Bill.<br /><br />The government has also lined up The Rajiv Gandhi National Institute for Youth Development for introduction on Tuesday. However, another high-profile measure, The Food Security Bill, is unlikely to come up before the Lok Sabha tomorrow.<br /><br />Since the Lokpal Bill will take a day or two more to get to the stage of a re-introduction, the government is considering the options of either extending the session by a day, till December 23, or going in for a four-day break for Christmas. In that case, the session will be resumed from December 27 and conclude on December 29. The government has already sounded the business advisory committees of the two Houses about the first option.<br /><br />Keeping in view the pressing business ahead, the Congress and BJP have issued a whip to their members to remain present till December 22, the scheduled date for concluding the session.<br /><br />When asked about the proposed re-introduction of the Lokpal Bill, Bansal said this was designed to ensure the enactment of a &ldquo;cleaner Bill&rdquo;. He said that keeping in view the over 60 amendments which had become necessary, the process of amending the Bill would make the whole document messy. The exercise of withdrawal of the existing Bill and its replacement by a new one will take place one after another. This will be followed by a discussion and passage, all in one go.<br /><br />The provision for reservations &mdash; at least 50 per cent for women, SCs, STs and minorities &mdash; which is expected to be a key feature of the modified Lokpal Bill, is likely to trigger a demand for a similar change in the composition of other bodies too.<br /><br />Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee met with BJP leaders L K Advani, Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley and Yashwant Sinha on Monday to seek the support of the principal opposition party for two important legislations &mdash; The Pensions Fund Regulatory Development Authority (PFRDA) Bill and Companies Bill. &ldquo;Consequently, The PFRDA Bill may be passed in the next two-three days,&rdquo; Bansal said.</div>               </font>

$disp = '<br /><div align="justify">-Express News Service<br /><br />The government will introduce the Citizens&rsquo; Charter Bill in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal said on Monday.<br /><br />Once introduced, the legislation, called The Right of Citizens for Time-Bound Delivery of Goods and Services and Their Redressal, will be referred to the Parliamentary Standing Committee.<br /><br />The move for a separate Bill dealing with the issues covered under the Citizens&rsquo; Charter of Team Anna had been opposed by Anna Hazare last week. He wanted it to be a part of the Lokpal Bill.<br /><br />The government has also lined up The Rajiv Gandhi National Institute for Youth Development for introduction on Tuesday. However, another high-profile measure, The Food Security Bill, is unlikely to come up before the Lok Sabha tomorrow.<br /><br />Since the Lokpal Bill will take a day or two more to get to the stage of a re-introduction, the government is considering the options of either extending the session by a day, till December 23, or going in for a four-day break for Christmas. In that case, the session will be resumed from December 27 and conclude on December 29. The government has already sounded the business advisory committees of the two Houses about the first option.<br /><br />Keeping in view the pressing business ahead, the Congress and BJP have issued a whip to their members to remain present till December 22, the scheduled date for concluding the session.<br /><br />When asked about the proposed re-introduction of the Lokpal Bill, Bansal said this was designed to ensure the enactment of a &ldquo;cleaner Bill&rdquo;. He said that keeping in view the over 60 amendments which had become necessary, the process of amending the Bill would make the whole document messy. The exercise of withdrawal of the existing Bill and its replacement by a new one will take place one after another. This will be followed by a discussion and passage, all in one go.<br /><br />The provision for reservations &mdash; at least 50 per cent for women, SCs, STs and minorities &mdash; which is expected to be a key feature of the modified Lokpal Bill, is likely to trigger a demand for a similar change in the composition of other bodies too.<br /><br />Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee met with BJP leaders L K Advani, Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley and Yashwant Sinha on Monday to seek the support of the principal opposition party for two important legislations &mdash; The Pensions Fund Regulatory Development Authority (PFRDA) Bill and Companies Bill. &ldquo;Consequently, The PFRDA Bill may be passed in the next two-three days,&rdquo; Bansal said.</div>'
