The article further reads that the State Crime Records Bureau is led by Additional Director General of Police Seema Agrawal.<br /> <br /> “According to Ms. Agrawal, the State of Tamil Nadu was in the process of acquiring Facial Recognition System (FRS) software (now used extensively by the Delhi police) to speed up investigations in child missing cases. The said news article is taken on file and the same forms part of the record.”<br /> <br /> During the hearing of the cases, the judges came down heavily on the Police department for not submitting certain details called for by them during the last hearing on August 10.<br /> <br /> The judges wanted to know the number of child missing cases under investigation in the State and the progress made in them.<br /> <br /> They also sought details of those who had been arrested so far in such cases and whether they were cooperating with the investigation or had absconded after obtaining bail.
