Press Council of India chairman Justice (retd) C K Prasad said &amp;ldquo;absolute prohibition is not advisable&amp;rdquo;, not even &amp;ldquo;feasible&amp;rdquo;. The decision was ratified at the Council meeting Thursday, on the eve of the National Press Day on Friday.
