Rajsekharan Pillai said.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >He said that the Kolkata Regional Centre would focus on entrepreneurship development and vocational programmes to help sex workers and their children gain economic independence.</font></p><p align="justify"><font >Ignou runs a study centre to educate sex workers and their children.
