The minister said the health department senior officials will interact with the public as also elected representatives-councillors and MLAs-to understand the problems they are facing on the ground. It will help them to understand the grievance and concern of public regarding health services in the state, said the minister adding that administration will try to resolve the problem there only.</p><p align="justify">This forum is also supposed to narrow the gap between health department and elected representatives. It will also provide an opportunity to health officials to introspect on the implementation of government programmes.</p><p align="justify">Khader said that the state government's decision to launch the adalat came after series of complaints surfaced in media regarding lack of facilities in government hospitals. People were raising the issue through media and now they can directly contract health officials, he added.</p>',
