As per a survey conducted by the HRD ministry, Goa has one of the highest percentages of single teacher schools in the country at 34.75% as against the national average of 13.73%. Of the 927 government primary schools in the state, 273 schools are single teacher schools. &lt;br /&gt;

As per a survey conducted by the HRD ministry, Goa has one of the highest percentages of single teacher schools in the country at 34.75% as against the national average of 13.73%. Of the 927 government primary schools in the state, 273 schools are single teacher schools. &lt;br /&gt;

As required by the RTE, the DoE has also prepared a plan to train in-service teachers in a phased manner over the next five years to upgrade their skills as required by the act. &lt;br /&gt;

As per a survey conducted by the HRD ministry, Goa has one of the highest percentages of single teacher schools in the country at 34.75% as against the national average of 13.73%. Of the 927 government primary schools in the state, 273 schools are single teacher schools. &lt;br /&gt;

As required by the RTE, the DoE has also prepared a plan to train in-service teachers in a phased manner over the next five years to upgrade their skills as required by the act. &lt;br /&gt;

As required by the RTE, the DoE has also prepared a plan to train in-service teachers in a phased manner over the next five years to upgrade their skills as required by the act. <br />
