He sent letters to general managers of coal companies on Wednesday, reminding them about discussions they had had recently when they were asked to seal all abandoned coal mines where illegal mining was being carried out.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">&ldquo;I had asked for a report from the GMs to put an end to this practice. It has not come in as yet.
