Due to the regulatory void around NaMo TV, the commission may also raise questions of legality of such channels/platforms and its implications in the context of the model code of conduct.&lt;br /&gt;

The EC is set to ask that the expenditure incurred towards this &lsquo;advertising&rsquo; portal be reflected in BJP&rsquo;s annual audit and expenditure reports.<br /><br />Due to the regulatory void around NaMo TV, the commission may also raise questions of legality of such channels/platforms and its implications in the context of the model code of conduct.<br /><br />Late on Tuesday evening, the Election Commission ticked off Doordarshan for giving &lsquo;excessive coverage&rsquo; to the party in power.
