Authority officials asked the farmers to give them a period of three months to disburse the 5 per cent land due to them. &amp;ldquo;The Noida Authority has assured us that it will give every farmer 5 per cent of the developed land, and will regularise our &amp;lsquo;abadi&amp;rsquo; land. We had been demanding 5 per cent land in lieu of 10 per cent compensation money, but the Authority kept delaying the transfer. Now that they have conceded to our demands, we have asked them to take back all the cases filed against farmers who protested against land acquisition,&amp;rdquo; said Mahesh Awana, leader, Kisan Sangharh Samiti. &lt;br /&gt;

They also agreed to bring out a special scheme for farmers whose lands were acquired between 1976 and 1997.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Authority officials asked the farmers to give them a period of three months to disburse the 5 per cent land due to them. &amp;ldquo;The Noida Authority has assured us that it will give every farmer 5 per cent of the developed land, and will regularise our &amp;lsquo;abadi&amp;rsquo; land. We had been demanding 5 per cent land in lieu of 10 per cent compensation money, but the Authority kept delaying the transfer. Still, we are willing to discuss it after three months.
