On Friday, The Indian Express reported that the 30-page report submitted by the Thorat committee to HRD Minister Kapil Sibal and Sinclair has recommended deletion of &ldquo;inappropriate&rdquo; cartoons and modification of cartoon captions.

On Friday, The Indian Express reported that the 30-page report submitted by the Thorat committee to HRD Minister Kapil Sibal and Sinclair has recommended deletion of &ldquo;inappropriate&rdquo; cartoons and modification of cartoon captions.
