It is likely to submit its report during this session which is likely to end on December 21.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">Committee chairman Vilas Muttemwar summoned senior food ministry officials on Monday to study the availability of grains and the ministry's readiness to roll out the project.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">The government, however, is likely to present the Bill in the next parliamentary session. Muttemwar had said in November the committee will submit its report during the winter session. &quot;The committee is studying the provisions.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">We will be able to present the Bill in the next session,&quot; said food minister K V Thomas. The proposed Bill hopes to secure the food needs of 67% of the population.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">If enacted, the programme may as well become a poll plank for the UPA for the 2014 general elections.
