&amp;quot;There have been a lot of complaints pouring in from different quarters against PDS and views on why they feel it is not working properly. All this has to stop and the situation needs to improve,&amp;quot; said Wadhwa, while pointing out that the poorer sections of society that relied on PDS were suffering the most.&lt;br /&gt;

Wadhwa added that 70,000 crore has been sanctioned by the central government for PDS to provide food and other such items out which 50% is going unnoticed because of black marketing&lt;br /&gt;

While Wadhwa promised to submit the suggestions as part of his report to the central committee, civil supplies officials from the state promised to address the grievances as well.&lt;br /&gt;
