State finance, labour and employment minister Vajubhai Vala reacted saying that 1,954 of the 2,549 employees in the Nano plant here are locals.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">The debate ended here, but after the question hour, state urban development minister Nitin Patel raised an objection and urged the assembly to remove the allegation of Rs 29,000 crore benefits to Tata Motors, from the records. However, Modhwadia repeated that Tata got these favours only because of Radia.
