State governments are advising farmers not to bring the moisture-laden wheat to market yards for sale.&nbsp;</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">&quot;At isolated places, there are instances of water-logging. It will not impact production with harvesting at its peak in major wheat-growing states.
