-The Economic Times NEW DELHI: While the fact-finding committee report on the Rohith Vemula suicide has slammed the Hyderabad Central University not only for the various gaps in the inquiry process but also for the absence of necessary grievance redressal mechanisms, most central varsities would probably fail this test.
