In a meeting with activists on Tuesday, Sibal assured that all possible efforts would be made to ensure safeguards are in place.</div><div style="text-align: justify"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify">&ldquo;The minister has assured that a task force with representatives of all stakeholders as members will be formed soon and it will issue guidelines to ensure that severely disabled children are not purposefully kept away from mainstream schooling.
