In his complain, a Hisar-based ex-army man Jagan Nath Godara had alleged that Karwasra had served in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and hence, he was not entitled for the plot under defence category because ITBP is a para-military force.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
According to the complaint, Karwasra was not entitled for the plot under defence category. The police is investigating the matter.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This is the second case registered against Karwasra within a month.&lt;br /&gt;

In his complain, a Hisar-based ex-army man Jagan Nath Godara had alleged that Karwasra had served in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and hence, he was not entitled for the plot under defence category because ITBP is a para-military force.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
According to the complaint, Karwasra was not entitled for the plot under defence category. The police is investigating the matter.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This is the second case registered against Karwasra within a month.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Earlier on March 26, he was booked for allegedly using a bogus BPL card to seek information from the authorities free of cost.

RTI national awardee Manoj Karwasra was booked yesterday under Section 420 (cheating) and 120 B (criminal conspiracy) of IPC for allegedly availing the plot under the defence category quota on a false affidavit of ex-servicemen, police said.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In his complain, a Hisar-based ex-army man Jagan Nath Godara had alleged that Karwasra had served in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and hence, he was not entitled for the plot under defence category because ITBP is a para-military force.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
According to the complaint, Karwasra was not entitled for the plot under defence category. The police is investigating the matter.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This is the second case registered against Karwasra within a month.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Earlier on March 26, he was booked for allegedly using a bogus BPL card to seek information from the authorities free of cost.

$disp = '<div align="justify">-The Financial Express<br /><br />A case of cheating and criminal conspiracy was lodged against an RTI activist here for allegedly taking a residential plot from the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) using false documents.<br /><br />RTI national awardee Manoj Karwasra was booked yesterday under Section 420 (cheating) and 120 B (criminal conspiracy) of IPC for allegedly availing the plot under the defence category quota on a false affidavit of ex-servicemen, police said.<br /><br />In his complain, a Hisar-based ex-army man Jagan Nath Godara had alleged that Karwasra had served in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and hence, he was not entitled for the plot under defence category because ITBP is a para-military force.<br /><br />According to the complaint, Karwasra was not entitled for the plot under defence category. The police is investigating the matter.<br /><br />This is the second case registered against Karwasra within a month.<br /><br />Earlier on March 26, he was booked for allegedly using a bogus BPL card to seek information from the authorities free of cost.</div>'
