The first project will irrigate 200 acres of plot, according to minor irrigation division, Gumla. </font></p><p align="justify"><font >Gumla has many reservoirs built years ago but water is not reaching the fields and they are lying as useless irrigation projects though constructed at huge costs. <font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3">Gumla has many reservoirs built years ago but water is not reaching the fields and they are lying as useless irrigation projects though constructed at huge costs.
