He lists two categories of people: &lsquo;Great Americans&rsquo; who helped Indians in the US, and a &lsquo;Rogues&rsquo; Gallery&rsquo;, where, amongst others, he places Theodore Roosevelt &ndash; &ldquo;racist, imperialist, colonialist, Anti-Asian, anti -Indian&rsquo;.
