Villagers and passengers lynched one train robber while six others fled a train in Bhagalpur on Tuesday. Policemen who reached the spot to apprehend the robbers were instead seen relishing sugar cane in the nearby fields. On Wednesday, people thrashed to death two bank robbers at Dharmdaspur in Hajipur.</font> </p><p align="justify"><font >FIRs were registered against 116 people in Gaijodi village, under Kusheshwar police station in the northern district of Darbhanga, after officials of the district administration found that they had built no houses and, instead, had used the scheme money to buy guns and ammunition.
