In a novel way, they transform the sarees they drape themselves in into a thing of utility once the eight-yard clothing loses sheen.</p><p style="text-align: justify">A group of some 40-odd women farmers of the village recycle their used clothing to raise a fence surrounding the small farm holdings they possess. &quot;Raising a fence using the sarees requires no investment. It prevents cattle from entering into the fields and cause damage to crops such as vegetable varieties and flowers,&quot; says P.
