The AIRBPA has also alleged that the staff on duty was sometimes intoxicated and misbehaved with the women employees, &ldquo;but officials of AIR are not bothered about it.&rdquo;<br />
<br />
Despite numerous complaints by the AIRBPA, it states, &ldquo;nothing has so far been done though more than four months have passed since the union had given the letter to the director, AIR Delhi Station and its copies to the CEO Prasar Bharati, director-general AIR and NCW president&rdquo;.<br />
<br />
Adequate measures to ensure the safety of the women employees on night shifts were not being taken, according to the complaint. It stated women were &ldquo;forced to come to a certain point for the pickup and dropped far away from homes at odd hours&rdquo;.

The AIRBPA has also alleged that the staff on duty was sometimes intoxicated and misbehaved with the women employees, &ldquo;but officials of AIR are not bothered about it.&rdquo;<br />
<br />
Despite numerous complaints by the AIRBPA, it states, &ldquo;nothing has so far been done though more than four months have passed since the union had given the letter to the director, AIR Delhi Station and its copies to the CEO Prasar Bharati, director-general AIR and NCW president&rdquo;.<br />
<br />
Adequate measures to ensure the safety of the women employees on night shifts were not being taken, according to the complaint. It stated women were &ldquo;forced to come to a certain point for the pickup and dropped far away from homes at odd hours&rdquo;.

Radio presenters employed with a Prasar Bharati-run channel have alleged sexual harassment at workplace. The All India Radio Broadcasting Professionals Association (AIRBPA) on Monday filed a complaint with the Delhi Commission for Women stating they were facing sexual harassment at AIR FM Gold radio station.
