The decadal increase of 16% increase in female literacy rate is very encouraging." Proper analysis of the Census papers needs to be done before coming to any conclusion he added.

The Paper I dealt with comparative population figures, size, organizational hierarchy, sex ratio, decadal growth, area-wise administrative data, literacy rate, figures of children of the age group 0 to six years. The remaining papers (II & III) would be released later after compilation and analysis, these papers deal with migration, rural-urban figures, and other relevant topics, officials said here on Tuesday.
