Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy today assured that the state government will provide all possible help to flood affected farmers.

Reddy arrived at the Gannavaram airport this morning as part of his aerial survey in flood affected districts of coastal Andhra Pradesh.

Both regular and tenant farmers will be paid compensation for the loss of their crops, Reddy assured.

He said that he will discuss with the Food Corporation of India to purchase discoloured paddy and also with Cotton Corporation of India to buy damaged cotton from farmers.

Reddy said he has instructed the officials to conduct enumeration and complete it as early as possible to enable the state government to submit final loss report to the Centre.

He also directed the officials to continue the rehabilitation and medical camps until the victims leave the camps voluntarily.

Later, the Chief Minister left for Khammam district by a special helicopter along with ministers Botsa Satyanarayana, Kanna Laxminarayna, Sudarshan Reddy, Raghuveera Reddy and Pitani Satyanarayana.
