                            <div align="justify">-The Times of India<br /><br />Criticized for tardy probe progress coupled with acute shortage of officers to investigate cases, the CBI got a relief in National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam investigations as the Uttar Pradesh government has constituted a special court for all the health scheme fraud cases.<br /><br />The UP government issued a notification on August 28, constituting a Special Court especially for NRHM cases in Ghaziabad. The court of Session Judge Shyam Lal, where the Aarushi-Hemraj murder trial is going on, has been designated as the NRHM court.<br /><br />CBI officials welcomed the move. &quot;Our officers would not have problem in moving from one court to another as trial for all the cases would be held at one place. The probe requires investigators to do the fieldwork, collect bulky documents, scrutinize and verify them. It is a time consuming, specialized job and we needed experienced investigators,&quot; an official said.<br /><br />CBI has registered 18 cases so far in the Rs 5,700-crore NRHM scam that has been unearthed in various districts of the state. The agency had written to the Allahabad High Court few months ago seeking a Special court for all the corruption cases in the multi-crore scam.<br /><br />The CBI has been facing criticism for slow progress of investigations in the scam. The agency is probing the NRHM cases on the directives of the Allahabad HC. The scam came to light when two CMOs were killed in Lucknow and the murders were linked to anomalies in NRHM funds. A deputy CMO, who was accused of masterminding the killings, was also found dead inside Lucknow jail. After a number of PILs were filed in the HC seeking CBI probe in these cases, the court handed over the probe in the NRHM scam and three murders to the agency. <br /></div>

                            <div align="justify">-The Times of India<br /><br />Criticized for tardy probe progress coupled with acute shortage of officers to investigate cases, the CBI got a relief in National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam investigations as the Uttar Pradesh government has constituted a special court for all the health scheme fraud cases.<br /><br />The UP government issued a notification on August 28, constituting a Special Court especially for NRHM cases in Ghaziabad. The court of Session Judge Shyam Lal, where the Aarushi-Hemraj murder trial is going on, has been designated as the NRHM court.<br /><br />CBI officials welcomed the move. &quot;Our officers would not have problem in moving from one court to another as trial for all the cases would be held at one place. The probe requires investigators to do the fieldwork, collect bulky documents, scrutinize and verify them. It is a time consuming, specialized job and we needed experienced investigators,&quot; an official said.<br /><br />CBI has registered 18 cases so far in the Rs 5,700-crore NRHM scam that has been unearthed in various districts of the state. The agency had written to the Allahabad High Court few months ago seeking a Special court for all the corruption cases in the multi-crore scam.<br /><br />The CBI has been facing criticism for slow progress of investigations in the scam. The agency is probing the NRHM cases on the directives of the Allahabad HC. The scam came to light when two CMOs were killed in Lucknow and the murders were linked to anomalies in NRHM funds. A deputy CMO, who was accused of masterminding the killings, was also found dead inside Lucknow jail. After a number of PILs were filed in the HC seeking CBI probe in these cases, the court handed over the probe in the NRHM scam and three murders to the agency. <br /></div>

                            <div align="justify">-The Times of India<br /><br />Criticized for tardy probe progress coupled with acute shortage of officers to investigate cases, the CBI got a relief in National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam investigations as the Uttar Pradesh government has constituted a special court for all the health scheme fraud cases.<br /><br />The UP government issued a notification on August 28, constituting a Special Court especially for NRHM cases in Ghaziabad. The court of Session Judge Shyam Lal, where the Aarushi-Hemraj murder trial is going on, has been designated as the NRHM court.<br /><br />CBI officials welcomed the move. &quot;Our officers would not have problem in moving from one court to another as trial for all the cases would be held at one place. The probe requires investigators to do the fieldwork, collect bulky documents, scrutinize and verify them. It is a time consuming, specialized job and we needed experienced investigators,&quot; an official said.<br /><br />CBI has registered 18 cases so far in the Rs 5,700-crore NRHM scam that has been unearthed in various districts of the state. The agency had written to the Allahabad High Court few months ago seeking a Special court for all the corruption cases in the multi-crore scam.<br /><br />The CBI has been facing criticism for slow progress of investigations in the scam. The agency is probing the NRHM cases on the directives of the Allahabad HC. The scam came to light when two CMOs were killed in Lucknow and the murders were linked to anomalies in NRHM funds. A deputy CMO, who was accused of masterminding the killings, was also found dead inside Lucknow jail. After a number of PILs were filed in the HC seeking CBI probe in these cases, the court handed over the probe in the NRHM scam and three murders to the agency. <br /></div>

UP forms special court for all health scams -Neeraj Chauhan

-The Times of India Criticized for tardy probe progress coupled with acute shortage of officers to investigate cases, the CBI got a relief in National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam investigations as the Uttar Pradesh government has constituted a special court for all the health scheme fraud cases. The UP government issued a notification on August 28, constituting a Special Court especially for NRHM cases in Ghaziabad. The court of Session Judge Shyam Lal, where the Aarushi-Hemraj murder trial is going on, has been designated as the NRHM court. CBI officials welcomed the move. "Our officers would not have problem in moving from one court to another as trial for all the cases would be held at one place. The probe requires investigators to do the fieldwork, collect bulky documents, scrutinize and verify them. It is a time consuming, specialized job and we needed experienced investigators," an official said. CBI has registered 18 cases so far in the Rs 5,700-crore NRHM scam that has been unearthed in various districts of the state. The agency had written to the Allahabad High Court few months ago seeking a Special court for all the corruption cases in the multi-crore scam. The CBI has been facing criticism for slow progress of investigations in the scam. The agency is probing the NRHM cases on the directives of the Allahabad HC. The scam came to light when two CMOs were killed in Lucknow and the murders were linked to anomalies in NRHM funds. A deputy CMO, who was accused of masterminding the killings, was also found dead inside Lucknow jail. After a number of PILs were filed in the HC seeking CBI probe in these cases, the court handed over the probe in the NRHM scam and three murders to the agency.
