The Nagpada police arrested one Danial Abrahem, 50, for allegedly assaulting RTI Activist Santosh Daundkar (38) on Saturday night. Police said Daundkar had been opposing ‘illegal’ activities of a builder in the area and had also got him arrested in March. The crime branch on Friday filed a chargesheet against Shailesh Pandya in the murder case of RTI Activist Amit Jethava.
